Objective
Provide instructions to customers who need assistance conducting the download and install of our latest ICS software (and obtain temporary license file prior to requesting their permanent license).

Procedure
To obtain our latest ICS software package please go to: irtools.com/software-help
Once you register for Filesafe access please allow up to an hour for the system to sync.
You can then access the filesafe repository for global releases.
Alternately, you can access the software on our FTP site:

Please use the following link to get the FTP client. IT is suggesting for our customers/distributors to use one of these FTP applications instead of browser.
- Open the directory: Production Releases
- Open the directory: QEQM-QX Series ICS USB Package 1.4.20
- Copy the ICSInstaller.exe file to your desktop.
- Run the executable file to install ICS.
- During installation select MS Access when prompted to choose a database.
- Once installed, to open the software the first time go to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ingersoll Rand\ICS\Bin. Right click on the IRICSApplication.exe file and Run as Administrator. - When prompted for a license select the temporary license that is populated in the Dialog box (coming soon: [How-to] - ICS License Registration for instructions on obtaining a permanent license)).
- Next, you will be prompted to select an adapter.
- Select the PCs wired Ethernet port. This is for use with our controllers and doesn’t apply to a stand-alone QX tool, but does have to be selected when first launching the software.
- Next, go to File->Log off. Then log in with user: supervisor and password: sollinger.
Before using the software to program your QX tools you will have to install the QX USB driver (see [How-to] - Install the QX Series Tool USB Driver).
Notes: Older versions of QX tools, PCM controllers and ICD/M controllers may need to have their firmware updated to a compatible version. See the Service Bulletin in the directory for a compatibility chart.

J’ai laissé un commentaire récemment (le 17 avril) concernant le téléchargement du logiciel Insight Connect Software (ICS).
Jusqu’à présent, aucun lien de téléchargement ne fonctionne sur votre site — seulement du texte sans lien actif.
Merci de me fournir un lien direct de téléchargement, c’est assez urgent.
