Product Registration and Managed Repair services are currently only available to customers in North America. Repairs are performed by IR's authorized service centers. IR's Factory Service is available for the United States. Go back for additional guidance and support.
Keep your receipt
It is highly recommended that you keep your receipt and make a copy digitally. Doing so will help protect your product investment should warranty service be required.
Find the serial number
All of IR's products have a serial number. Usually this can be found easily. Alphanumerical format varies but usually starts with letter(s) followed by numbers and letters.
If a serial number cannot be found or is not readable, that's ok. Type in a short explanation. We may contact you for an image of your product.
Find the model
The model details are usually visible on the product, product box and purchase receipt.
When entering a service/repair request provide a brief description of the problem and service/repair required.
