Keep your receipt
Highly recommended that you keep your receipt and make a copy digitally. Doing this will help protect your product investment should warranty become required.
Find the serial number
All of IR's products have a serial number. Usually this can be found easily. Alphanumerical format varies but usually starts with letter(s) followed by numbers and letters.
If a serial number cannot be found or is not readable, that's ok. Type in a short explanation. We may contact you for an image of your product.
Find the model
The model details are usually visible on the product, product box and purchase receipt.
When entering a service/repair request provide a brief description of the problem and service/repair required.
