Product Description and Features

When you need heat in a hurry, the Ingersoll Rand® IQV20™ Cordless Heat Gun delivers – reaching operational temperatures up to 20% faster than the leading cordless competitors. Quickly customize to your application requirements with two airflow speeds up to 10 cfm and variable heat control settings up to 1022°F. The H3111 also features a lightweight build for comfortable all-day use and a dual speed slide switch for continuous, hands-free operation. Change attachments easily without handling hot parts with the twist nozzle ejector. Compatible with all Ingersoll Rand IQV20™ batteries, this tool enables portable productivity in a package that really brings the heat. This tool is ideal for shrinking tube over electrical connections, softening adhesives and decals, soldering, melting, and drying applications.

Installation, Setup and Use

Mounting the Nozzle

1. Firmly push the desired accessory nozzle onto the tool.

2. To remove the nozzle, turn the nozzle ejector counterclockwise.

Hook

1. Use the Hook to secure the Cordless Heat Gun in a convenient location.

2. Lift the spring-loaded Hook upward and remove it from the hole. 

3. Attach the Hook to a convenient location to ensure that the Cordless Heat Gun is easily accessible.

Temperature Unit

1. With the tool powered ON, press both temperature selection buttons together (-/+) to change the temperature display for Celsius (C) or Fahrenheit (F).

Temperature Control

1. With the tool powered ON, press the (-) to decrease the temperature and (+) to increase the temperature. 

Note: This tool can be purchased with two different part numbers. Part number "H3111-K1" includes: (1) BL2022 5.0Ah Battery, BC1121 Charger and 3 nozzles (Flat, reflector, concentrator). Part number "H3111" Includes 3 nozzles (Flat, reflector, concentrator) and the Bare tool with no batteries nor charger.
