Wiring diagram for Integrated DIO on the QCX/MTC controller

Objective

Provide the DIO wiring diagram for QCX/MTC controller to all users with Integrated DIO.

Notes

--The Integrated DIO bank only supports a single tool on a multi tool controller.  If DIO is needed for additional tools, External DIO has to be used (QC-DIO-8CH).

--Below are the specifications for the Integrated Inputs and Outputs.  External DIO may be necessary if the Output Loads require more than the combined 200mA max.

Digital Inputs:

Input Operating Range: -3 – 30V

Logic High: 11V+

Logic Low: =<5V

Input Current 6.5 – 9.5mA

Digital Outputs:

Source Current (Internal Supply): 200mA max total combined outputs used
