Setting up a Basic Torque Strategy for YS-e using a PC-1

IMPORTANT, before getting started:

• Please make sure you have properly paired a YS-e tool to the target WU-1 and that the WU-1 is powered on.
• Please make sure the PC-1 is connected to the target WU-1 using the included cable.
