HOW ARE REPAIR PROGRAM WORKS

Renovate Repair
This is Ingersoll Rand’s Flat rate program. There is a set price for the repair to restore the tool to approved factory performance levels. Ask for the Price List based on product model. Rush repairs are offered for an additional fee.

Tool Repair (Labor & Parts)
If the tool is not on the RenOvate^SM list, then an estimate is created for the tool after teardown. This estimate includes all parts and labor to repair the tool back to approved factory performance levels.

Hoist & Balancer Repair Under 5 Tons (Labor & Parts)
If the tool is not on the RenOvate^SM list, then an estimate is created for the tool after teardown. This estimate includes all parts and labor to repair the tool back to approved factory performance levels.

Preventative Maintenance Program
There are companies that will demand high usage from their tools, hoists and balancers. Ingersoll Rand offers a PM Plan for our products to offer you peace of mind. The PM Plan can be customized according to your requirements. This can include scheduled pickups, totes, rental, backup, flat rate levels etc. All at Ingersoll Rand Factory Performance Levels.

Warranty Repair
Ingersoll Rand stands behind their tools. If the tool is still under warranty, you can be assured that our factory service will repair the product and make it right.
