[FAQ] - IRAX Balancers Parts - Need a Dash Discrepancy

Question

Why does the space in the parts list not work when I go to order parts for IRAX Spring Balancers? 

Answer

Manuals for the IRAX Spring Balancers show the service items listed; however, the part numbers do not display the dash (-) between the 'BIL' and the numerals.  The ordering system will require the dash be included instead of the space. 

Example: Part Number should read BIL-####
