Receive:

• A prepaid UPS or FedEx shipping label to send the tool in for warranty consideration.†
• A 5 business day turnaround*.
• A unique reference number to track request.
• Updates on tool status and work performed.
• Visibility of past requests and actions taken.

Once  you're setup, we will  only need a model number and purchase date for future claims.
