Subject:
RTS tools showing a permanent lock symbol on the display and a high cycle count, tool is inoperable.

Issue Description:
In earlier releases of the RTS tools, prior to Version 5.15, you may experience the tool showing a lock symbol on the display that cannot be cleared.
Actions Required:
Install the INSIGHT Connect Desktop App. The App can be found on our File Repository: https://irtoolhelp.ingersollrand.com/hc/en-us/articles/25600256116243--INSIGHT-Control-Latest-Global-Releases
Save version RTSOneImage-V5.15.bin to your PC.
Click here for the One Image file.
Once the Desktop App is installed, connect the RTS tool to your PC with a USB cable.
Go to Utilities->Firmware Management. Click on Select Firmware. Browse and select file RTSOneImage-V5.15 .bin. Select Open. Select Update on the Message Window. Enter the Tool Passcode on the Passcode Window. Wait for the update to complete and then restart the tool. Connect the tool back to the App. Go to Tool Info and confirm the Display and MCE versions.
Next, request a QCX Service License at IRToolHelp@irco.com. Save the license file to your PC. From the App, go to Utilities->IR Services. Click on the icon for License File for Authentication. Browse and select the QCX Service License. Click Open. Click Upload. Re-enter the Model Number and Serial Number and then click on Send to Tool. On the 'Update Tool Details and Factory Reset' message select OK. On the 'Passcode' message enter the Tool Passcode. On the 'Please unplug battery and disconnect USB cable to restart your tool' message, select OK. Remove cable and battery. Plug the battery back in and tool should run and the display should not show the lock icon.
