We provide repair, maintenance, calibration, controller repair, and controller programming services for eligible Precision Fastening products. All tools are evaluated by our factory-trained technicians and serviced according to factory specifications.

Air Tool Repair

Our service center supports selected Ingersoll Rand air tool models, including impact wrenches and nutrunners. Each tool undergoes diagnostic evaluation, repair, assembly, and testing to help ensure reliable performance. 

Hoist & Balancer Repair

We provide repair services for Ingersoll Rand hoists and balancers. Equipment is inspected and serviced by experienced technicians to restore safe and dependable operation.

Calibration Services

Accurate calibration is critical to maintaining tool performance and process quality. Our service department offers calibration services for eligible Precision Fastening products in accordance with factory requirements.

Warranty Repair

Ingersoll Rand remains committed to supporting our customers and will continue to honor all eligible warranty claims in accordance with standard warranty terms and conditions. Warranty repairs are performed by our factory service team and are not affected by recent service program changes.

Expedited Service Available

For customers requiring faster turnaround, expedited repair service is available for an additional fee.
