Finding Warranty System claim status reports

Where can I find a list of filed claims and their status'?

Tavant Warranty Management System users

Answer

The system offers several options for reporting.  One is a search query to display a list of claims, while another provides a downloadable file.

1. Search for claims - from the Home screen under Common Actions, click on Predefined Search (Claims).  You will then see a screen of choices from which you can build a search query.  Execute the query to create a downloadable list of claims.
2. Claims file download - on the Left side menu stack, click on Reports > Manage Uploads/Downloads> Download Management.  Select the desired Report and fill in the parameters to create a download file.
