Yokota Industrial is the manufacturer of the YS-e and related system products, and their product warranty is:
- One (1) year warranty against any defects that are determined to be caused by Yokota Industrial in the manufacturing process of the product.
Yokota Industrial reserves the right to evaluate any and all failures in order to determine root cause and applicability of warranty.
There are several key Ingersoll Rand service centers in the US and Canada to make immediate warranty determination for most cases and can provide additional support
