2. New Features and Enhancements
New Features
- Trace Zoom (Remote Browser): Trace zooming is now supported in the remote browser interface, allowing detailed inspection of tightening curves.
Enhancements
- Torque Threshold Indicator (Remote Browser): The missing torque‑threshold flag has been restored.
- Tilt Angle Warning Messages: Warning messages are now synchronized between the controller and the remote browser.
- User Management: Deleted operators no longer appear in the Select Operator dropdown on the login screen.
- Cycle Results – Inch‑Ounces Unit: Cycle Results now correctly display and record the inch‑ounces unit when selected in PSET settings. Previously, results were shown in Nm.
- Invalid Jobs: Invalid jobs are no longer shown in the Select Job dropdown in the remote browser.
- Tool Firmware Update Confirmation: After completing a firmware update, the controller now displays a confirmation message instead of rebooting.
- Tool Braking Behavior: Motor control updates prevent premature encoder‑protection activation during final braking on 5 Nm, 10 Nm, and 15 Nm tools, ensuring smooth operation and immediate readiness.
